True Preventative Health Paradigm

“It’s no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”
-J. Krishnamurti

FIRST CASE STUDY AREAS 2020-2025
Bhutan (Rural, undeveloped, non-economic values)
Barbados (Island controlled Study / Diabetes / Tropical)
Abu Dhabi (Urban / Middle East / Desert case study)
Iceland (Western Country, rural / Small population / Non-economic values)

WE WORK IN 4 MAIN AREAS

01

FOOD SECURITY & ORGANIC AGRICULTURE

(Localized integration, niche permaculture, organic soil-enriching cross-planting, local micro green grow ops, kitchen gardens)

02

DATA & PREVENTATIVE HEALTH

(Disease prevention, Longitudinal Population-Based Surveys, True Health Metrics)

03

PUBLIC HEALTH Policy & EDUCATION

(Immune-focused, Incentivization of Health, Influencer Modeling, Community Fasting, Foundations of Health)

04

Government Incentivization oF Health

(Changing the paradigm to support and reward citizens for being healthy.)

Problem: People are dying younger than their parents. Quality of life has plummeted as Non-communicable disease has skyrocketed. Public Health is about disease. There is no public education about prevention.

Solution: Small-country governments and royal family nations have the power to transform the future of their population’s health through true health metrics education and empowerment. (Show numbers, reduction in healthcare costs)

Target: Governments & Royal Families & their populations

Benefits: Lowering rates of lifestyle-related disease. Epidemiological change. Lowered healthcare costs. A more active and able population.

Solutions: Lifestyle Medicine preventative health education, localized integrative agriculture and home garden programs, decentralized/localized micro green grow ops, public outreach campaigns about pooping and intermittent fasting, community fitness incentives, creation of local bilingual influencers/youth leaders, generational approaches, preservation of indigenous/historical medicine culture, “health days” not sick days, Effective monitoring and publishing of progress reports, Disease reversal cases published and shared, indigenous medicinal practices restored and enlivened, etc.

Success will be achieved if governments move forward to fund projects that truly help their populace with proven track records and research to back the lifestyle changes.

Prerequisites: An open-minded and forward-thinking government/royal family with desire and ability to implement systemic changes that may not always be in the interest of corporations (namely: food, agriculture and pharmaceutical giants)

Ask: A meeting with your small-country government’s Minister of Health and Royal Family’s Office. Or capital investment / non-profit donation (minimum 100k) for social impact.
